Please note that Imagination Models is not a model agency, it does not offer modelling contracts, commit to provide work for models nor charge any commission or fees for being on the directories. Anyone sending photographs either digitally or as prints, as part of a competition or otherwise, must have the right to distribute the images in this way and grants the owner of this site permission to reproduce the images submitted on this website or related websites. If you are the owner of any image shown on this site and have not given permission for the image to be used in this way please contact us so that we can remove the image or obtain permission. If you require credits for your photographs please let us know and we will include them with the images.

The site owner will not be a party to any work that any person or company may obtain as a result of being on this site unless the arrangement is made directly between that person or company and the site owner. It is the individual's responsibility to ensure that any arrangements made are suitable, legal and safe. The relationship between a model listed in the directory and the site owner is one whereby the model agrees that their name, supplied photographs and relevant details may be displayed on the site and that they may be contacted by visitors to the site until such time as they request in writing that details be removed. The site owner agrees to display their name, photographs and relevant details on the site but reserves the right to remove them at any time without notice and without recompense.

The site owner does not accept responsibility for the persons or companies listed in any of the directories or elsewhere on this site. Neither does it accept any responsibility for any external website that may be mentioned or linked to on this site. The site owner does not accept responsibility for any views expressed on this site by persons other than the site owner.
